If you find that your body feels tight and stiff at the end of the day and you haven't had the time to go to your yoga class, just do some stretching whilst you watch your favourite programme. You will be so engrossed in the show/film that you won't notice you have actually improved your flexibility and released tension by the time the credits roll!
