The Roadshow Arrives in Tunbridge Wells...

The first two weeks in England’s Garden have been energising and revitalising. Since arriving, we have been darting from studio to studio in Tunbridge Wells. The variety of different workouts on offer has blown us away.

 
We have punched it out with Fit for a Princess, vibrated it out with Pure Power Studios and stretched it out with the Freestyle Yoga Project. For our daily dose of Pilates, we’ve worked it out on the reformer at Cordio Pilates and revamped our form at Studio 1 Pilates. The lucky ladies of Tunbridge Wells are not short of selection for their all body workouts, where each studio and instructor complement one another so well. 
 
The best part about all these workouts? Afterwards, we get to go to Juliets for lunch, coffee and cake – not necessarily in that order. With its daily lunch menu full of homemade salads and beautifully fluffy cakes, Juliets is our go-to destination for most lunch times. What else are we meant to do between Wells Hot Yoga and a personal training session with Jacqueline? We’ve learned quickly to arrive early, as the tables are snapped up fast and this is a lunch date we definitely don’t want to miss. Our favourite dessert so far? The carrot and walnut cake, hands down.
 
And that’s not the end of it! We still have plenty more studios, boot camps and cafes on our to-do list. We really are spoilt for choice and certainly hope we don’t run out of time before we have tried each class. And cake, of course.
 
Next week, we’ll have Sweat Betty pop-up shops in Tunbridge Wells studios. Come along, see some of the collections and get some fit kit before the boutique arrives. We will be at Cordio Pilates Tuesday and Wednesday the 28 and 29 May, at Freestyle Yoga Project on Thursday 30 May and at Studio 1 Pilates Friday 31 May.
