The lowdown on SUGAR...

Sugar has found it's way into mainstream and it's a disaster. So if you've found yourself low on energy, run down, sugar highs/sugar lows, hypoglycemic, diabetes, or a number of indigestion problems, IBS, chrohns disease then I highly recommend you learn more about the dangers of sugar. It's pure, white, and deadly and a toxic poison for your body... Now, that may sound a bit extreme but keep on reading....

OKAY, TRUTH TIME...

Sugar is more addictive than cocaine. Wow, can you believe that????? Did you know that a teaspoon of sugar wipes out your immune system for 1/2hour- 4 hours....  So what foods contains that much sugar?

 

A Can of your favourite Fizzy Drink = 7.5 teaspoons of sugar

= YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM WIPED OUT FOR 3.5 - 14 HOURS 

 

A Big Mac (from MacDonalds) = 5 teaspoons of sugar

= YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM WIPED OUT FOR 2 - 10 HOURS

 

 

The reasons why I try and minimise my sugar intake...

  • I DON'T WANT PRE-MATURE WRINKLES! (SUGAR AGES YOU FASTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE ON EARTH)
  • SUGAR ZAPS ENERGY, (AND THEN YOU GET ENERGY/HORMONAL/EMOTIONAL IMBALANCES), ALSO CLOGS UP THE BODY, (WHICH MAKES YOU STIFF AND INFLEXIBLE)
  • SUGAR TOTALLY DESTROYS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM (WHICH KEEPS YOU HEALTHY AND PROTECTS YOU FROM CHRONIC DISEASE, CANCER, DIABETES ETC)
  • HIGH SUGAR FOODS ARE ALSO HIGH SALT FOODS (AND BOTH ARE BLEACHED AND HIGHLY PROCESSED = HIGHLY TOXIC FOR YOUR BODY)
  • FOOD MANUFACTURERS ARE MOTIVATED BY PROFITS AND NOT YOUR HEALTH.... DON'T BE MISLED OR FOOLED BY CLEVER MARKETING. LOW IN FAT MEANS HIGH IN SUGAR...

 

***Artificial sweeteners are even worse for you than sugar. Read all your food labels and throw away any foods that have artifical sweeteners like aspartame or sweet amino as ingredients. ***

***If you are addicted to sugar (as are the majority of the population) consider doing a 5 or 7 day sugar-free diet. I promise you, you will look and feel amazing! The first 3-4 days are challenging because your body is detoxing and you may experience sweet or sugar cravings....but by the end of the week, your skin will glow and you will radiate with a new health and vitality that surprises you....
