Our shortest and most effective online workout video ever promised maximum results in just 30 minutes of exercise, perfect for those with busy schedules.

Each in-store workout was split into 9 minutes of boxing, 15 minutes of martial arts, 12 minutes of cardio and 2 minutes freestyle. So overall that’s a minimum of 56 minutes of serious cardio over four weeks!

With 40 boutiques in the UK and 6 in the US hosting the knockout workout of 2016, there was a total of 192 free in-store classes during the campaign.

For knockout style the signature Get Fit 4 Free top was a hit with 200+ limited edition slogan vests worn by you. There’s still a few remaining, so it’s not too late to order your own.

Over 2000 punches per 45 minute workout ensured you jabbed, crossed and hooked your upper body into shape.

For those who couldn’t make it into store, the home workout video was a success with thousands of video viewers working up a sweat in their living rooms, totalling at 13,000 hours of exercise.
