Sweaty Betty, Uniting the Nation Through Get Fit For Free
During the month of September 2009 Sweaty Betty will be uniting the nation through Get Fit For Free. Over 4 weeks women of Britian are invited to practice Core Strengthening, Ballet, Running and boxercise both in store and online.
Classes will be run in each of our locations across the nation by experts in each of the given fields. For those that feel more comfortable participating in sport in their own home they can sign up online for Sweaty Betty’s free instructional webcast of the event. They will receive a reminder email prior to the event to ensure maximum participation of the nation.
Through these sessions we:
On September 9th, 2009 all women are invited to attend CORE STRENGTH. This session will aid in the strengthening of the muscles from the neck and shoulders through to the pelvis.
