So how's your new year going?

I always think that the middle of January is the time when you need most motivation. Straight after New Years Eve we are all filled with renewed vigour and enthusiasm. Our energy levels are high from the relaxing Christmas break and our bodies are literally screaming at us to start eating healthier. However, if you find a few weeks in to January that new year high seems to be fading and old habits are creeping in, then it is time to get yourself perked up again!

Yoga is a great way to get yourself feeling (and looking) great. It can give your mind positivity, focus and calm meaning you are more likely to get that enthusiasm back to reach your goals. It can give your body an energy boost meaning you can no longer make those 'I don't want to exercise' excuses.
