Looking to get fit for summer? We're on hand with our three 30 minute home workout videos you can do anywhere, even your hotel room. Designed to focus on key areas including the bum, abs and full body, these easy to follow workouts will have you sweating in no time.

The brains behind these? Personal trainer, model and Sweaty Betty favourite Kim Hartwell of Tone What You Own. A trainer at Method Movement and Equinox, she's developed a reputation as one of the nicest PT's in the business. We caught up with her to talk summer motivation, guilty pleasures and where she's jetting off to.

Tell us about yourself?

I'm a personal trainer, HIIT & yoga instructor, alongside training I also model and run a travel and wellness blog called Tone What You Own. I'm a strong believer that whatever shape you are, you absolutely have the ability to tone what you own and be the best version of you.

How did you get into fitness?

I've always been sporty from a young age. I played girls basketball for Surrey and swam. When I moved to New York to model a few years ago, I realised how much of a passion I had for fitness and how much I wanted to inspire others to reach their potential.

Favourite workout move?
You can't beat a good old fashioned dead lift. It works pretty much your entire body.
3 tips for staying fit this summer?

1. Find a workout that you love, there's no point in forcing yourself to do workouts you hate.

2. Just get started. They say it takes 3 weeks to make a habit and once it's part of your routine, I promise it becomes easier. Once you begin to progress and see results, you won't regret making the choice to workout.

3. Focus on something other than the aesthetics for goals. I find it's far more motivating and empowering to work towards a new personal best or trying a new move. No one starts yoga in full headstand for example, it takes work.

Favourite place to workout in London?

Box Clever Sports for boxing, Method Movement for yoga and I've recently become obsessed with rock climbing at The Arch Climbing Wall in Bermondsey.
Are you going on holiday this year?

I love to travel so try to get trips in where I can. I have a few fun trips planned with work, including Boardmasters in August. Plus, my husband and I are heading to Portugal for a surfing and rock climbing road trip in July.
How do you stay active when you're away?

I stay active when I'm travelling by getting outdoors! It's my absolute favourite way to train as it's such a nice way to see places. Running, hiking, surfing, climbing you name it, I'll try it.

Favourite piece from the new collection?

The Drift Westsuit! It's so dreamy, I can't wait to wear mine for surfing.

Guilty pleasure?

Baked Camembert or literally anything caramel, toffee, white chocolate related.

Where's your dream out of office?

I've just done my yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka, which was pretty epic. Next on the list is definitely South America, India or Africa. There are too many dream destinations.
