Named by Forbes as 'Hollywood’s Hottest Workout Empire', her dance cardio workouts have taken the US by storm since launching five years ago. 

A former professional dancer, Simone keeps technique at the core of every programme. She uses high-energy contemporary music and simple movements to work the body from head to toe using nothing more than small hand weights. By providing a solid foundation based on dance, Simone has created a revolutionary exercise technique to safeguard against injuries and boredom. Describe your morning routine?

I start my morning with meditation, it just helps me center myself and prepare for the day ahead. Then a quick breakfast, usually consisting of eggs, avocado and tomato. I limit my caffeine to one coffee a day and I love a flat white. I then take my little maltese terrier for a morning walk and then head into the studio to work with my first client of the day. 

Your favourite workout and why?

Body By Simone of course! I was a professional dancer for years and i love to be able to still train like a dancer. BBS is the perfect mix of dance cardio and strength training, it keeps me strong and lean. And the music and atmosphere makes it fun and joyous. 

What five items would we always find in your fridge?

Water as I try and drink a few litres a day, chicken breast - I eat a very protein heavy diet, hummus for a mid morning or afternoon snack,  salad to go with my protein and my guilty pleasure, chocolate.
