Exclusive Frame Kings Cross recipe: Try the Framer smoothie

This week, Frame celebrates the opening of its third studio location in Kings Cross, with Sweaty Betty staging a studio takeover including 3 hours of free classes tomorrow (Saturday 10 October).
 

To extend the celebrations and help you get a taste of Frame from the comfort of your own home, we’ve partnered with the studio’s in-house smoothie experts to give you this exclusive insider recipe. The ideal way to prefuel or refuel, the Framer Smoothie is packed with protein for muscle repair, blood sugar regulation and sustained energy release.

Frame Kings Cross Sweaty Betty


Ingredients:
 

250 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1tbsp Coyo
30g almond butter
1tsp cinnamon
1 scoop pea protein =
½tsp maca powder
Lots of ice
 

Method:
 

Throw all of this goodness into your blender for 2 minutes, until smooth. Simply serve and sip!
