30 day fat loss plan

SO I'm finally getting some kind of normality back now after the new baby haze.  Isaac is asleep (there's extra incentive to get him settled on a Monday in time for Glee) and I'm finally starting to feel a little more like myself.  We've been pacing the streets of Essex, reminding my legs and lungs how to work and I can't wait for my six week check to get my trainers on a puff my little body out for a jog between feeds!

At the moment, thoughts of cutting back on food are far from my mind.  I'm eating everything in sight just to keep up with my hungry boy.  But I'm sure in the next few months, when I'm back to full strength I'll be charged up for my next fitness goal.  There's nothing like months of enforced rest to motivate you to exercise (sluggish doesn't begin to describe it) and having made it through a marathon labour, I can't wait to take my new pain threshold out onto the fitness playing field!  Anything really is possible!
