Born in 1998 in London’s Notting Hill, Sweaty Betty now has 38 boutiques including concessions in world-famous department stores Harrods and Selfridges, plus two boutiques in the USA. With a new mobile website, more international stores in the pipeline and a passionate, fitness-loving team at its helm, Sweaty Betty is growing exponentially. Our Community team sit at the helm in driving forward the presence of the brand and are now looking for their next active and enthusiastic Road Show Manager.

Reporting to the Area Manager responsible for local community marketing and working as part of the Retail Team, your overall responsibility will be to support our boutiques in delivering our Core Belief #6: ‘By working hard in our local communities we will earn our place as a reference point for wellbeing’.
Responsibilities will include:
Driving forward the presence and awareness of Sweaty Betty within local communities (ie. networking with fitness professionals, attending classes, and organising events)
Working closely with Area Managers to ensure the community marketing goals are met
Support existing boutiques with their communities by building relationships with their best local studios
Investigating proposed new locations for boutiques by living in the area, working out in the community and presenting the findings back to the Retail Team
Promoting Sweaty Betty membership programmes in communities
Inspiring the Boutique Teams to push boundaries in their communities

Ability to manage and maintain key relationships with local fitness professionals, store teams and customers
An understanding of how the shopfloor works and the challenges Boutique Managers face
