If you live an active life, love our brand and want to combine the two this may be the role for you! Our Customer Care team are looking for a charming and enthusiastic supervisor to join the team. The purpose of this role it to deliver the exceptional customer experience we are renowned for over the phone and email. You will be responsible for the team in the absence of the manager and assistant manager and will be key in helping the team achieve their KPIs.
You are passionate about anything to do with sports and love interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence. You love our products and will be a great ambassador to the brand by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Customer Care opening hours are 9am to midnight Mon – Fri, 10am to 10pm Saturday and noon to 9pmon Sundays. Shifts for this position are mainly during the day Mon-Fri, will include 1 weekend in 4 and will include occasional cover of evening shifts. You will receive a very generous clothing allowance with a 50% discount as well as sales bonuses and free access to all our weekly clubs in store.
