Due to open early next week, Transition Zone is Fulham's newest must-try studio, and the brainchild of SB Ambassador Claire Finlay. Offering HIT-focused workouts from TRX and Pilates to Power Plate and Barre, Transition Zone provides the full health and fitness package in one endorphin-fuelled location. With a mantra of TRAIN, EAT, RECOVER, REPEAT, the studio also features an on-site Recovery Zone Cafe, led by their resident nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert, and a 1-to-1 Zone, where you can take advantage of nutrition consultations, rehabilitation specialists and post-workout massages.


Available exclusively to SB customers, three complimentary fitness classes will be held at Transition Zone, Fulham on Tuesday 20th May. Choose from Barre (6:15pm), Power Plate (6:15pm and 7:15pm) and TRX (7:15pm).
