I Need Help
By Anonymous - 9th April 2014
Hi, my name is Gwyn and I am 44 yrs old and about 30lbs overweight. I am looking for some help in how to start losing weight and being healthy again. I was thinking about joining a gym but embarrassed by the fact that I do not know how to use workout equipment and don't want to look like a fat fool. I am so uncomfortable in my clothes, therefore choose to wear only jeans and baggy shirt in hot, sunny FL. I am miserable and want to change but don't know where to start. I have tried eating cereal for 2 of my meals and greek yogurt for snacks but find myself hungry by mealtime and eat too much. I just need help in getting started with what will work for me and how to stay motivated along the way. I have had a weight problem all my like, dieting, and fluctuating back and forth in my weight. Any help would be grateful. Gwyn
