Shoreditch - Sweaty Betty has arrived

They came, they sweated and they scouted a fantastic new Sweaty Betty location. After 30 days of exploring what London's coolest East London district had to offer, the Roadshow packed up their bags to make way for the Sweaty Betty Retail team. Thanks to them there is now a beautiful new boutique, all set to open its doors on Saturday 9th August.
Shoreditch, Sweaty Betty has arrived!

Read on for the lowdown on where the Roadshow team loved to eat, drink and workout in Shoreditch.

Eat & Drink

The Albion – The Albion is a cafe and small shop, with an in-house bakery and cake counter, where the vast majority of the food and drink products are as British as Sweaty Betty. The Roadshow team loved sitting outside The Albion, enjoying a post-workout juice.
The Book Club – With its fusion of lively, creative events and late night drinking seven days a week, The Book Club has an alternative menu of brain-teasing and mind-expanding food for thought, in the form of workshops, talks, cultural showcases, parties, ping pong, pool and the best in new music. They seem to always have something on - a great place to get lost for a few hours!
The Boundary Rooftop - One of London's go-to rooftop bars (and just above The Albion) - this is one of the many 'see-and-be-seen' places in Shoreditch. The (new) rooftop space includes a weatherproof pergola allowing the bar and dining area to remain open every day all year round - meaning you can drink and dine al fresco, whatever the weather. Love a bit of horticulture? The new garden has a canopy of grape-producing vines plus a working kitchen garden.
Andina - Cooking up a storm with the soul food of Peru, Andina uses deliciously healthy ingredients across the menu, including Peruvian quinoa, maca, amaranth, cape gooseberry, purple maize and more. Pairing these with seasonal British produce, this was the team's favourite dinner spot.
Franze & Evans - The food here is always fresh and tasty. With fresh pastries as well as larger meals too, this is the perfect option for a quick refuel stop.
Shoreditch House – This super cool members club has everything you need to while away an entire day; with a couple of different  restaurants to choose from as well as Flywheel spin classes, a state of the art gym and a rooftop pool for outdoor swims.

Having partnered with this much-loved dance, fitness and yoga studio a few times on various events, the Sweaty Betty ladies are big fans of any class at Frame, particularly Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Frame Rave.

The Shoreditch home of Boom Cycle is one of the Roadshow team's favourite spin studios in London. Great instructors and pumping music set the scene for a very sweaty indoor cycle ride.

For personal training and results-driven workouts, Body Studio is your go-to location. Sidestepping the more common trend of holistic vibes, Body Studio have one aim and one aim only - to get your physique in tip-top shape. The Roadshow team loved their HIIT Tone and Pump Sweat Tone classes - get ready for a seriously intense workout!

Choose from private or group Pilates classes at Hoxton Square Pilates. Their classes include both mat work and Pilates equipment to tone and sculpt the physique. There are lots of classes held 7 days a week and they offer a great intro package too!

For something a bit different, release your inner child and workout with hula hoops! Marawa’s Majorettes hold weekly classes in Shoreditch Town Hall, and they are can't-miss for those who want a fun-filled workout. Classes are led by Marawa The Amazing, who is also Sweaty Betty's newest Ambassador! A double World Record holder, she is one of the best instructors the Roadshow team have come across.

The new Shoreditch boutique will open its doors on Saturday 9th August - just look for live yoga in the windows.
