Introducing Autumn Winter 2016: Girl on Fire
Designed in London, inspired by Iceland, AW16 recalls the awe-inspiring land of fire and ice. Travelling from Reykjavik to the wilderness beyond, the new collection explores the spectacular scenes encountered by Founder and Creative Director Tamara Hill-Norton with a touch of London cool. Meet our most fashion-forward collection to date.
Watch us explore the land of fire and ice
A land of natural beauty like no other, Iceland served to inspire some of our most beautiful pieces to date. When we were designing this collection, I pictured a cool, tough girl who conquers the Icelandic plains and the streets of London. With her in mind I wanted to create clothes that would make her look amazing under the toughest conditions. Look out for de-constructed layers, premium fabrics and cool silhouettes that reference Icelandic street style.
A land of adventure
Iceland offered endless opportunities for adventure. Despite this coming more naturally to some of us than others, we hiked up mountains, explored secret lagoons and climbed Iceland's largest glacier. This spirit of adventure is everywhere in Iceland, from the strong locals to a film I watched during my time there about Laura Enever, an Australian surfer who swapped Hawaii's beaches for Iceland's waves. This part of the trip actually inspired a new palette of darker shades (beetle blue, charcoal grey and classic black) with contrasting bright hues, which recalled the ever changing landscape we witnessed.
Prints to make you go wow
Raghnild wears the Competition Swimsuit
This season's prints come with a natural twist. Inspired by Iceland’s natural wonders from erupting volcanoes to breathtaking glaciers, our new printed leggings are designed to stand out. I can’t wait to wear the explosion print contours to my Psycle class with a neon bra and sheer tee.
Technical fabrics? Check
Our designs don’t just have to fit perfectly they need to perform, which is why we always source the best technical fabrics. From ultra-lightweight material that is sweat-wicking and comfortable, to downward dog-proof leggings and temperature regulating merino, these fabrics are designed to enhance every workout.

When you're working out there is nothing more important than a supportive sports bra. In bright colours and with delicate straps and ample support, we've ensured there is a bra for every workout this season. My favourite has to be the Infinity Bra in neon yellow, the back is made to stand out.
Londoners love to layer, usually due to the fact the weather is very unreliable here. Inspired by street style in Shoreditch and Reykjavik, the AW16 collection is filled with oversized knits, cashmere-blend hoodies and high neck jumpers. Why not mix up your technical leggings with cool knits? This is the new way of dressing.
