Face Yoga Workshop with Danielle Collins

Yoga, exercise and massage keep our bodies looking and feeling healthy, toned, young and firm. By applying these principles to the face we can gain the same fantastic results, since our faces have the same muscle and skin composition as our bodies. Danielle has created a new and unique Face Yoga Training program, combining the best of Face Yoga, massage, acupressure and face exercise. The workshop will cover:
- Face Yoga: learn Danielle’s face yoga program. Includes face exercises, face postures as well as self-massage for face and acupressure for face.
- Yoga: Hatha yoga for the body and mind, which also benefits the face. Begin, improve or advance your yoga practice by learning more about the postures and how to do the right yoga t notice a difference in your face. Have individual guidance and attention and the time and space to ask questions.
- Meditation: learn positive thinking, breathing techniques and visualisation. All techniques designed to calm the mind and body and relax the face.
The workshop will be a fun afternoon and is suitable for all fitness and wellness levels. Beginners, advanced practitioners and teachers all welcome. You will learn many new techniques and exercises to take away with you and practice at home and in other classes and workshops.
