Ming and Wah Chen are identical twin sisters and Sweaty Betty Ambassadors Abroad. While Ming lives in Hong Kong and Wah resides in Los Angeles, the twins are both avid runners and co-authors of children's books. When not exploring the trails of China and California, this active duo can be found running after their children. Providing her Diary Of A Workout Wardrobe exclusively for Sweaty Betty, Ming's proudest accomplishment is running an incredible 51 marathons with a personal best time of 3 hours and 31 minutes.

Her twin sister Wah will be sharing her Diary Of A Workout Wardrobe in an upcoming blog. Stay tuned!

Day: Friday
Workout: Running
Where: The Peak, Hong Kong
This morning, I went for a 6am run up the Peak mountain in Hong Kong, as part of my training for my 51st marathon on Sunday. While the weather is usually warm in semi-tropical Hong Kong, we've been experiencing a burst of unseasonably cold weather, so today I layered up with my Triumph Merino Run Hoody - perfect for an 8K training run. I love the bright blue colour and stylish hood. Paired with my black 10K Run Tights, I feel like I am ready to tackle my upcoming race.

Day: Saturday
Workout: Pilates class
Where: Hong Kong
My day began with a private Pilates class with Beth Narain, a well-known instructor originally from South Africa. When not working out with Beth, I regularly attend Hot Yoga Detox Flow classes at my local Pure Fitness studio. For today's session, I chose the pink side of my super comfortable Supta Reversible Leggings. At the end of the class, I layered the Finsbury Sweat over my cami - it's so soft and perfect for wearing to and from class.

Day: Sunday
Workout: Hong Kong Standard Chartered Marathon
Where: Hong Kong
At midday on the dot, I crossed the finish line of my 51st marathon. The race included running over two bridges, through three tunnels, and along 42 km of highway, all while wearing my beautiful Niyama Vest and Ultra Run Bra (which I have in pretty much every colour!), paired with my Supta Reversible Leggings worn black side out, with the pink seams adding a touch of style.

Day: Monday
Workout: Stair climbing
Where: Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
To mix up my workouts, I try to make time to do some short sprints up and down stairs in a cute neighbourhood called Sheung Wan, full of old temples, antique shops, and cafes. I feel comfortable and feminine in my Vitality Knitted Jumper and Chasse Ballet Bra. The oversized fit of the jumper has a lovely fluidity when I jump, and is perfect for pairing with the soft cotton feel of my grey Brixton Loopback Shorts.
