They allow you to create your own password, which only you know, to use every time you shop online using these cards.
You need to register your card with a password. You need only do this once, then whenever you use the card to shop online you will be asked to enter the password when you check out.

• Why should I give you my mobile number?
If your parcel is being sent standard delivery in the UK and you have supplied your mobile number, we will:
- Send you a text to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our Warehouse.
- Then send you a text on the day that your parcel will be delivered to you and give you the option to have your parcel delivered on an alternate day.
• How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
For standard delivery please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to two days. We offer a next day delivery service please click here for further details. Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. If you are desperate for something or if it is a gift, let us know by typing it into the comments box when you are ordering.
• How much is postage?
If you place a UK order that is over £75 postage is free. For orders with UK delivery that are under £75 there is a £4 postage charge. Check here for postal charges for other countries.
• Can I buy items tax-free if I live outside of the UK?
When you purchase from our boutiques, you can request a VAT reclaim form that you will need to have stamped at the airport on your departure from the UK. At present, we are unable to offer this service for on-line orders.
• Why is it that there are things on the website that are out of stock?
We do try to keep the website up to date so that this doesn’t happen. Sometimes items sell out really quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be frustrating and are working hard to stop this occurring.
• Do you sell gift vouchers?
We sell gift vouchers on-line and in our boutiques. Click here to purchase.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed when making an on-line purchase or in any Sweaty Betty boutique (not concessions in department stores).
• How to redeem gift vouchers when making an on-line purchase:
Unfortunately currently our website cannot redeem your voucher against your order at point of checkout. However we are able to process your voucher manually. Please checkout paying for the full amount with a card and we will dispatch your order straight away. We then ask that you send in your gift voucher to our customer services team at 833 Fulham Road, London, SW6 5HQ with your order number and contact details and we will refund the gift voucher denomination upon receipt to the same credit card you used to make the purchase.

Fit and sizes
 |
• Do you have a size guide?
Yes click here
• How long are the short, regular and long legs?
Short length is approximately 29” (74cm), regular length is approximately 31” (79cm) and long length is approximately 33” (84cm). See our size chart for further advice.
• Are your clothes only designed for size 8 stick insects?
No! We have different things for different shapes. Sweaty Betty collections start from an XS (size 8) and go to an XL (size 16) in some styles and flatter just about every type of figure. If you have just had a baby or gone up a dress size, then call or email us and we can advise you about the best things to choose.
• Do you cater for all bust sizes and would I need to wear a bra if a top has hidden support?
We cater for both the big and smaller busted lady; there are styles and sizes to suit both. Most of our technical tops come with hidden support but we recommend that you also wear a sports bra if you are above a C cup. Our sports bras go up to an F cup and have different impact levels depending on your size and the type of exercise you are doing. Click here for our bra finder.
• I am pregnant, do you sell maternity wear?
A lot of mums-to-be wear Sweaty Betty because the fabric is so stretchy and many of the trousers have drawstring waists. We have also had great feedback about our roll down pants and skirts, because they can be worn rolled over or under the tummy.
Product Information
• How do I wash your clothing?
All of our clothes have washing guidelines on them. You should never wash our “wickable” items with conditioner as it clogs up the pores and stops the fabric from ‘wicking’ the sweat away from your skin.
• Where are your clothes made?
We source manufacturers and suppliers from all around the world. However we take care to ensure that they not only comply with the Sweaty Betty brand guidelines, but also International laws regarding working conditions.
• What fabrics do you use?
