Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line boutique, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details onto the people who we may subcontract out to do the delivery.

All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.

Availability
We do try to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out really quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be really frustrating and are working hard to stop this occurring. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

Credit Card Security
At sweatyBetty, all online purchases take place safely, using the latest internet security technology to protect our customers. We encrypt your entire transaction including your credit card information to ensure your purchases with us are private and protected as they travel to us via the internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that can use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers now support this.

Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we process your order. This additional level of encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. The site is thawte assured, which is an independent hallmark and is industry standard security.

Payment
You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro and PayPal. We do not accept American Express. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch.

Although Sweaty Betty will do their best to ensure the accuracy of all the information within this web site, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this site.

Pricing
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted).
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver our standard UK parcels using Interlink express; all parcels require a signature on delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at your shipping address or have the parcel delivered to a work address. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. If delivery is unable to me made, Interlink will wait for your reply on most occasions before re-attempting delivery. Interlink may at their discretion leave the parcel with your neighbor or in a safe place in which they will detail on your calling card. Your parcel will also be returned to us once delivery has been attempted on 3 occasions. Once parcels are dispatched they will be with you by 6pm the following day (with exception to regional or offshore address and any unforeseeable weather or traffic delays). Parcels can be tracked using your Web Id number as it appears on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please see below for details on tracking your Parcel.


Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

Please note Gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail, no postage will be charged and no signature will be required.

Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

Parcels being shipped to non UK addresses may have some slight delays due to the continuing Volcanic ash in UK airspace. We have been advised that where possible delays will be minimal and alternative routes and methods are being used. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking

Keep Track of your parcel via our online ‘track it’ system at www.interlinkexpress.com Your tracking number is the order number issued and is found on your order confirmation page and in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after your order has been placed. Your order number will look like this:

4. Then track your parcels and Show advanced
5. Input the Delivery Postcode and your Web Id: number with full prefix eg. Web Id: 101847

Delivery Notification

Once your parcel has been collected by Interlink Express we will, send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will then receive an email on the day your parcel will be delivered to you, Interlink will where possible issue a 1 hour window in which to expect delivery. The email will also give you the option to have your parcel delivered on an alternative day.

If Interlink do not receive an email back from you to reschedule your delivery and you are not home, they will where possible deliver your parcel to a neighbour. This requires a signature from the recipient and a card will be left in your mail box notifying you when and where your parcel was delivered.

Next Day Special Delivery
To ensure that your order will be shipped via next day delivery, please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.

All special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday and orders will be delivered on the next working day. This is a UK based service only.

To Redeem a Gift Voucher

Unfortunately our website at this time cannot redeem your voucher against your order. However we will refund you for this amount. In order to send your order out we will charge your card and send your parcel to you. We then ask that you send in your gift voucher to our customer services team at 833 Fulham Road, London, SW6 5HQ with your order number and contact details and we will refund the gift voucher denomination upon receipt.

Street style completion

To enter competition and be eligible for the prize submit your entry at www.facebook.com/sweatybetty or email streetstyle@sweatybetty.com , no purchase necessary, all entries must be received by 27th September 2010 for September winner selection. Prize: £250 worth of Sweaty Betty clothing, the prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Winner Selection: The submitted street style outfit deemed the most stylish by Sweaty Betty head office will be selected 28th September 2010. The prize-winner will be notified via email or facebook within 30 days of winner selection."

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Sweaty Betty is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

If you have purchased any new battery operated product from us and would like to return one that you previously purchased from us (as per above regulations), please take it into any Sweaty Betty boutique (excluding our concession stores) or contact Customer Services (internet@sweatyBetty.com) to receive a free postage label if you wish to send it back to us. Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights
If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else - internet@sweatyBetty.com or free phone 0800 169 3889 between 9am - 7pm weekdays and 11am - 4pm Saturdays.

We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item.
