Check out   
Once you have made your selection, proceed to check out.  You will be asked to enter your details, including e-mail, billing and shipping address.  We need to have an e-mail address so that we can contact you if there are any problems.

Payment
You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, cheques or cash. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch. You may enter a different shipping address (e.g. work, or if it is for a gift) from the billing address.

Status
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed, and we are unable to cancel it once it has been dispatched. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues. Use the “my account” button in the top right hand corner to check the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account.

We deliver our standard UK parcels using Interlink express; all parcels require a signature on delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at your shipping address or have the parcel delivered to a work address. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. If delivery is unable to me made, Interlink will wait for your reply on most occasions before re-attempting delivery. Interlink may at their discretion leave the parcel with your neighbor or in a safe place in which they will detail on your calling card. Your parcel will also be returned to us once delivery has been attempted on 3 occasions. Once parcels are dispatched they will be with you by 6pm the following day (with exception to regional or offshore address and any unforeseeable weather or traffic delays). Parcels can be tracked using your Web Id number as it appears on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please see below for details on tracking your Parcel. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

Please note Gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail, no postage will be charged and no signature will be required.

Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

Tracking

Keep Track of your parcel via our online ‘track it’ system at www.interlinkexpress.com. Your tracking number is the order number issued and is found on your order confirmation page and in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after your order has been placed. Your order number will look like this:

1. Follow the link www.interlinkexpress.com
2. Go to E shipping
3. Select tracking on the left hand menu
4. Then track your parcels and Show advanced
5. Input the Delivery Postcode and your Web Id: number with full prefix eg. Web Id: 101847

Delivery Notification

Once your parcel has been collected by Interlink Express we will, send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will then receive an email on the day your parcel will be delivered to you, Interlink will where possible issue a 1 hour window in which to expect delivery. The email will also give you the option to have your parcel delivered on an alternative day.

If Interlink do not receive an email back from you to reschedule your delivery and you are not home, they will where possible deliver your parcel to a neighbour. This requires a signature from the recipient and a card will be left in your mail box notifying you when and where your parcel was delivered.

Next Day Special Delivery

To ensure that your order will be shipped via next day delivery, please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.

All special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday and orders will be delivered on the next working day. This is a UK based service only.

We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. During Postal strikes we will extend this to a 28 day returns period to allow for delivery delays.

Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return an item

1. You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. Please complete the returns section of this form using the returns codes.
2. Detach the returns section of this form and enclose it with the goods to be returned. Use the self-adhesive returns address label to address your parcel. Please add postage as required for the items you are returning.
3. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.

We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving your return. Please note that if you return your parcel using a free post label this may take longer for the parcel to be returned to us. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the banks to credit your account with the refund.

Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.
