Delivery

We deliver our standard UK parcels using Interlink express; all parcels require a signature on delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at your shipping address or have the parcel delivered to a work address. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. If delivery is unable to me made, Interlink will wait for your reply on most occasions before re-attempting delivery. Interlink may at their discretion leave the parcel with your neighbor or in a safe place in which they will detail on your calling card. Your parcel will also be returned to us once delivery has been attempted on 3 occasions. Once parcels are dispatched they will be with you by 6pm the following day (with exception to regional or offshore address and any unforeseeable weather or traffic delays). Parcels can be tracked using your Web Id number as it appears on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please see below for details on tracking your Parcel.
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

Please note Gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail, no postage will be charged and no signature will be required.
Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

Tracking
Keep Track of your parcel via our online ‘track it’ system at www.interlinkexpress.com. Your tracking number is the order number issued and is found on your order confirmation page and in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after your order has been placed. Your order number will look like this:

- Follow the link www.interlinkexpress.com
- Go to E shipping
- Select tracking on the left hand menu
- Then track your parcels and Show advanced
- Input the Delivery Postcode and your Web Id: number with full prefix eg. Web Id: 101847
Delivery Notification
Once your parcel has been collected by Interlink Express we will, send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will then receive an email on the day your parcel will be delivered to you, Interlink will where possible issue a 1 hour window in which to expect delivery. The email will also give you the option to have your parcel delivered on an alternative day.
If Interlink do not receive an email back from you to reschedule your delivery and you are not home, they will where possible deliver your parcel to a neighbour. This requires a signature from the recipient and a card will be left in your mail box notifying you when and where your parcel was delivered.
Next Day Special Delivery
To ensure that your order will be shipped via next day delivery, please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.
All special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday and orders will be delivered on the next working day.
